Responsibilities of Editors

  • The Chief Editor and Editorial Board are responsible for selecting research papers for publication after a double-blind peer review process.
  • All evaluations are based purely on academic merit, regardless of the author’s race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political affiliation.
  • The Chief Editor and Editorial Board must maintain confidentiality and not disclose information about submitted papers to anyone except the corresponding author, reviewers, and publisher.
  • Unpublished content from submitted papers must not be used in the editors’ own research without written consent from the authors.

Responsibilities of Reviewers

  • Assist in the peer review process and support editorial decisions through communication with the author.
  • Help authors improve their papers wherever applicable.
  • If a reviewer is unable to perform the review, they must promptly inform the Chief Editor and Editorial Board.
  • Maintain confidentiality of the manuscripts received for review.
  • Provide objective and evidence-based evaluations, avoiding favoritism or personal criticism.
  • Ensure that relevant published work used by the author is properly cited or acknowledged.
  • Respect the confidentiality of information or ideas obtained through the peer review process.

Responsibilities of Authors

Authors of papers should:

  • Provide accurate information and original ideas. Supporting data should be precisely represented and properly cited.
  • Ensure all submitted content is original. If other works are used, they must be properly quoted or cited.
  • Refrain from submitting the same paper to multiple journals simultaneously, which is unethical.
  • Acknowledge the work of others and disclose any funding received for the research.
  • Ensure the paper is not published or under review elsewhere. The corresponding author must confirm that all listed co-authors meet the authorship criteria.

  2. Responsibility and Authorship: AI tools cannot be credited as authors or co-authors. The human author(s) remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the work. Usage of AI tools must be disclosed in the acknowledgments or footnotes, including tool name, purpose, and scope.
  3. Visual and Creative Content: For AI-assisted works such as music, graphics, or choreography concepts, a clear explanation of human input, curation, or post-processing is required. Authors must specify the respective contributions of humans and AI.
