Journal Quality Criteria

Academic Contribution: Articles should demonstrate motivation, advancement of existing knowledge, and applicability for policymaking.

Submissions must reflect a strong academic motivation to explore, preserve, and critically engage with diverse aspects of Performing Arts, Music, and Cultural Arts. Accepted articles are expected to:

  • Advance existing knowledge through innovative research or creative interpretations.
  • Provide interdisciplinary perspectives linking traditional, folk, classical, or contemporary art forms.
  • Demonstrate relevance to cultural identities, artistic pedagogy, and community practices.
Policy Relevance

A significant emphasis is placed on the applicability of research in policy and community development contexts. Articles should ideally support:

  • Cultural heritage preservation initiatives
  • Curriculum development in arts and cultural education
  • Promotion of regional and indigenous art forms
  • Inclusive cultural representation in education and media
  • Integration of arts into social welfare and development programs
